General information

  • For the same order numbers, we may provide one or more tracking numbers depending on the product type, packet weight, and capacity.
  • Different order numbers will go with different tracking numbers.
  • All packets that have been marked as “delivered.” If the buyer claims that they did not receive the package despite the tracking showing “delivered,” we can suggest some options for contacting the carrier…
  • If no logistics are available to deliver to the buyer’s address, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office in another state.
  • Domestic return packets take 1 to 3 months to arrive at the warehouse.
  • Cancellation will not be permitted once the order has entered the “process” stage.

We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

  • DHL & UPS Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method by USPS.
  • Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so we cannot be liable or held responsible for any delay after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. weather change, but please be assured that We will do our best to minimize any inconvenience that may arise.
  • When choosing DHL expedited shipping, due to across-border transportation, customs duties may be required, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; We has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

FAQ

How can I check the status of an order and see how much I was charged for fulfillment?
Contact us at  support@ennida.com , 10714 Cordage Walk, Columbia, MD 21044, United States and we will send you tracking number.
We ship worldwide, but full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is only provided for these specific countries:
Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Germany,Great Britain

For any countries not listed above, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier.
For these countries we do not receive additional tracking updates, therefore we are not liable once they have been given to the international carrier.
We do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, and Sudan…
Please note that some items in accessories will arrive later than T-shirt or Cap, hope you could kindly wait in patience and understand. If there is any problem with your items or you do not get the items after 30 days, please let us know at any time, but do not leave us any negative/neutral feedback or open the case before communication. We are honest company, We are always here to help you all the time. You will not bear any loss.
The shipping services will reuse their tracking numbers after 120 days so that every tracking number will show invalid after that period of time. We will not be responsible for any loss in shipping after 120 days.

How do I report a missing or lost package?
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Ennida will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete. If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel.
Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: support@ennida.com along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong to support@ennida.com and we will fix it for you.

Verification?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified (With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.)
You can take a look at our Track Order page to see what your shipping status is. If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
